I just love this....Make the most of every moment you have been presented with

Every morning you are handed 24 golden hours. They are one of the few things in this world that you get free of charge. If you had all the money in the world, you couldn't buy an extra hour. What will you do with this priceless treasure? Remember, you must use it, as it is given only once. Once wasted you cannot get it back.-Dawn Fisher

There really is no time for excuses, feeling sorry for your self, dwelling on perceived wrongs or being angry about who, when ,where....get on with the job of achieving success and things will always fall into the respective places they were always meant to be.

With 3 days till I step board the plane to Los Angeles, I must confess to beginning to get just a teeny, tiny bit excited. I feel very ready-body is coming into the final stages of prep nicely, posing is looking spot on & mentally feel on fire and eager to get on that stage. So these final days are waiting days.

So this afternoon I have a CPR course to attend, that will keep me occupied for a couple of hours before I head back to the gym for my last killer back session. All the training and planning has achieved desired results as I believe I will step on stage a good kilo heavier than last Nationals and be leaner than I have ever been, shape and proportion is actually better with upper and lower body being better balanced. I am very pleased to say that I have full hamstring separation and have not dropped water yet and am still on carbs. Happy days indeed.

Train hard, Dream Big.

More fun with the Condor nib

This is another example of the brush quality I can get with the Condor nib. This pen is wonderful lettering instrument. The line thickness changes depending on the angle the nib touches the paper surface. Rather amazing that a fountain pen can produce wet brush strokes.

Playing with this pen is a nice way to end the day after a long stretch of deadline work.
